Overview: the Automation Leader coordinates and leads the software development team and projects related to new and existing business opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop team members.
• Creates and executes software development project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Assist with development of project plans.
• Gathers all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.
• Maintains document control, track project activities and team communication.
• Attend requirements gathering meetings with the team and be able to translate these requirements into development plans and schedules.
• Analyzes, proposes, and reviews deliverables and presents to management.
• Effectively applies standard project management methodology and enforces project standards.
• Manages business resources assigned to projects; including project scope and timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Five to ten years of experience in a software development project-management related role.
• Experience working with development teams and software development lifecycle.
• More than 3 years of advanced NodeJS and ReactJS development is necessary.
• More than 3 years of NoSQL (such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, CosmosDB) experience is required. SQL experience is a plus.
• Ability to understand new concepts and work on self-improving areas with knowledge gaps to understand company direction and technology used.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills in English.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
