Job Description

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and identify production problems related to the manufacturing process and recommend proper solutions.

  • Implement the improvement projects and evaluation. Improve products quality and throughput.

  • Supervises and motivates subordinates with regard to company policies to achieve effective -teamwork, good morale, attitude and discipline.

  • Provide and supervise work guidance to testing engineers.

  • Leading and coordinating with other departments for progressive follow up in product quality issue and FT process issue.

  • Assist, follow up, solve, develop testing relevant items in each process.

  • Execute product failure analysis for RFID products and apply improvement solution

  • Analyze and solve technical problems with process engineers, quality team and NPI engineers. 

  • Execute product RF performance measurements, microscopic studies, relevant equipment and device calibration as well as analyze data statistically. 

  • Assist NPI engineers and PDC to follow up and analyze NPI and RFP products.

  • Assist operators with off-quality product troubleshooting (incl. PIR, IQD follow up, 4D report   verification) 

  • Operator skills and competency assessment and defining development needs.

  • Help train others in your job function, also recommend and attend professional & technical development training

  • Other jobs assigned by manager;

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU : 

  • Electronic information and related professional background
  • Experience in RF circuit technology is preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft office, AutoCAD and related software
  • Familiar with digital circuit, analog circuit or RF circuit
  • Logical thinking, good analytical ability
  • Strong problem solving ability.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Practical, serious working attitude with high commitment  
  • Strong learning ability & willingness
  • Being able to work under pressure, motivated and creative
  • Leadership, communication and management skills.
  • Target / performance oriented
