Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service representative in Italy !

In this very important position, you will:

  • Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, complete order fulfillment.

  • Provide telephone customer service regarding company's services and/or products.

  • Investigate and resolve complaints.

  • Negotiate customer product/billing complaints by offering discounts, authorizing returns, requesting returned product testing by internal quality or other staff, and approving replacement orders.

  • Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, complete order fulfillment.

  • Implement account service strategies.

  • Implementation of marketing programs for assigned accounts.

  • Support all aspects of service to the customer including, but not limited to: price quotes and quote follow-up, technical and product recommendations and sample department coordination.

  • Coordinate with Logistics and Operations on capacity planning and scheduling.

  • Champion customer needs and follow up on customer inquiries.

  • Provide responsive order management support including order entry, or expediting and shipment information to customers.

  • Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives.

  • Partner with Inside Sales to assist in achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

What we expect from you! Your Expertise:

  • A University degree is preferred;
  • You have a similar successful experience of at least 2/3 years
  • You have good computer skills and an experience with ERP systems 
  • You perform well under pressure and be able to manage a number of key tasks simultaneously;
  • You possess a high degree of accuracy, good time-management and you can set up priorities easily
  • You are fluent in Italian and English
