Job Description

The Material Quality representative serves as the customer’s point of contact for quality issues, as well as drive quality information and improvement through the organization.

  • Perform Inline Inspection of different technologies testing and diagnosis/recommendations for purchased products exhibiting either poor quality or poor performing characteristics.

  • Conduct all laboratory work i.e Wash Test , Crock Test in accordance with established and understood workplace safety principles and practices

  • Provide customer requested documentation of complaint details

  • Perform activities as per SOP (Department Process flow).

  • Maintain progress report on daily basis and send monthly progress report to HOD.

  • Production orders sheet barcode no. must be tracked properly IN & OUT (Tracking Software).

  • Maintain and improve 5S.

  • Perform Offline Inspection

  • Coordinate with concern department for improvements (if any confusion in data or layouts i.e SB ,Litho, PFL & Flexo).

  • Perform activities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

  • 0-3 years technical experience needed.

  • Related product knowledge a plus.

  • Knowledgeable on Material Quality testing processes.

  • Good written, verbal and telephone communication skills.

  • Able to articulate issues with applicable business unit members.

  • Good customer service skills.

  • Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and function specific software.

  • Good attention to detail & organizational skills.

  • Good technical aptitude
