직무 설명

1. RFID inlay business development
• Accountable for Capture and study related industry trend and develop new products upon required

• Accountable for delivery of committed sales, GP% and its receivables through the existing and new customers

• Accountable for ensuring that contracts / agreements for all customers

• Accountable for management of inventory, initiate order

• Accountable for communication with internal RFID inlay related colleague in Avery Korea and other region

2. Technical support
• Accountable for supporting the resolution of existing and new customers’ issues, and other requirement

• Accountable for Capture and study related industry trend and develop new products upon required

• Accountable for Communication with internal related division for new product development and quality control

• Accountable for RFID related training upon internal and external requirement


3. Strategy management

• Accountable for Study on industry trend and analyze competitors’ activities to identify business Risks & opportunities

• Accountable for develop and execute a Business Development Plan to lead sustainable business growth for next 1-3 years in your focused areas through leading and collaborating with other functions
• Accountable for report and attend related strategy and conference

자격 요건

• 10 years + in a customer facing sales role, ideally within the RFID inlay related industry
• A good understanding of RFID inlay products and solutions
• Proven track record of targeting, pursuing and winning opportunities, through both personal and collaborative selling efforts.
• Proven track record in a matrix, multicultural organization, building strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally.
• Developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing and negotiation skills
• Has strong needs evolution and questioning skills
• Demonstrable ability to handle most common customer objections
• Self-Motivated and performance driven 
• Fluency in English and local language
