Avery Dennison is currently recruiting for their Global Organizational Leadership Development (GOLD) Program.

The Global Organizational Leadership Development Program (GOLD) offers selected high potential candidates the opportunity to experience two to four management assignments over an intensive two-year period in the exciting environment of Commercial, Finance and Operations. The associates will be involved in projects and assignments which are of high impact to current business needs. During the program, you will go through a series of functional and leadership development opportunities including the followings:

• LEAN immersion and strong onboarding training
• Cross region / function rotation opportunities and exposure
• Coaching from vice presidents, directors and senior leaders
• Robust functional and leadership training framework
• Fast career track to be a regional professional

Within two 12-month rotations, some specific roles in various Finance functions that you can take up in both country based and regional based includes:

• GL / AP / AR & Collections
• Treasury / Taxation / FA / FP&A Process
• CM Analysis & Improvement
• OpEx: MOE / SG&A / ELS
• AOP / Strat Plan
• FP&A Month/Quarter Closing Process

What We Will Be Looking For In You:

• Master graduated in Finance / Accounting or related discipline
• High level of English proficiency and computer literacy
• Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and proactive
• Interest in business challenges, professional growth, personal success and leadership
• Ability to relocate into different functions and countries
• Internship experience in global companies or manufacturing companies is preferred
• Leadership experience in student associations; overseas study / extra curricular activities exposure is preferable
