Avery Dennison’s Internship & Co Op Program has a single business focus to cultivate future talent for our rapidly growing organization. With a concentrated blend of experiential on-the-job learning, a dynamic environment, access to business leaders, and an encouraging team of co-workers, peers, and supervisors,the program will provide you the opportunity to sharpen your skills and collaborate on a number of strategic projects.

We are currently looking for a current Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or Management student interested in a summer internship and Fall co-op with Avery Dennison’s North American Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing several projects over the course of the summer to support areas of both experienced and recent graduate recruitment. The intern will be located at our offices in Mentor, OH if they are local or can also work remotely, and be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced learning environment. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for collaboration, data analysis, and comfortable working almost entirely in Google.

Job Responsibilities

  • Update North American Early Career Program website with testimonials, pictures, and information on new tracks
  • Build edit and post a blog for our new intranet platform
  • Build engaging templates for our customer relationship management tool
  • Assist the Diversity and Inclusion team to build candidate flow for our sites
  • Develope candidate profiles
  • Build an extensive HR onboarding tool
  • Assist with the roll out of a new interview training tool

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Management, Communications or related field.
  • You must have experience and a high level of proficiency in using Google (Mail, Calendar, and Drive: Sheets, Slides, and Docs)
  • Previous internship experience preferred, but not required.
  • No travel will be required for this role.
