In this very versatile role as Customer Service Representative, we are looking for talented individuals with leadership skills  to join our high performing team in Turnhout, Belgium. This position will manage the order handling from receipt to delivery and report to the Customer Service Manager. All internal and external questions concerning these orders will be handled by the Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a driven, fast learning, customer focused individual who would like to grow into a supervisory role.

Core challenges:

• Order verification, entry and confirmation
• Creation of invoices, credit and debit notes
• Act as an inside sales person
• Ensure on time delivery
• Problem Solving

What we expect from you! Your Expertise:

• Bachelor Degree
• Experience in a fast paced B2B customer service department
• Languages: fluent in English (French, German and other languages a definite plus)
