• Support plant manager and China EHS manager to set up plant level annual EHS targets and objectives.

• Organize compliance review audit at plant level with national and local regulations, company standards, identify improvement opportunities and corrective actions.

• Maintain and update the Business Continuity Plan and practice drill based on schedule.

维持和更新业务持续计划(BCP)，根据日程表进行实践演练

• Participate the MDI meeting, communication meeting, site coordinate meeting, regular inspection and special inspection.etc, and provide EHS recommendation.

• Provides periodic guidance to site management team and operators on major aspects of environment, health and safety including, but not limited to:  Machine Safety, PPE, Emergency Response Plans, Mobile Equipment, Crane and Hoist, Confined Space, Hot Work, Asbestos, Hearing Conservation, LOTO, etc. and all associated training and Job Safety Analysis/Risk assessment.

• Prepare the monthly shared learning report.

• Receive information from Global and Regional(including China level) and distribute to site department level, as well as localization to global policies and SOPs.

• Organize monthly call to have all part time EHS employees involved, review related EHS progress, tasks and next month’s priorities.

• Contact with local authorities on agency visit affairs and other important issues.
