ABOUT YOUR ROLE: You will be a part of a Worldwide Delivery Center (WDC) in Gurugram, India, which includes a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) CoE, to use artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning capabilities to deliver high-volume, repeatable tasks. RPA will help the organization drive process standardization and best practices, optimize non-differentiated services and leverage synergies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Work as a Business Analyst on various RPA projects, pilots and POCs.
• Guide and support junior team members on various functional/ process aspects of the project / CoE
• Work with RPA Specialist and Developers to deliver projects as per mandated schedule and quality
• Stays abreast of current RPA trends to enable self to deliver on emerging trends in RPA CoE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a Major in IT or Computer Science (or equivalent) or Business Administration. 
• Must have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in RPA solution.
• Must be able to create Solution design which may be a combination of multiple technologies such as OCR/ICR/Extraction, BPM and RPA.
• As a Business Analyst, Must be able to analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and business requirements fulfilled by existing and To be processes.
• Must have good documentation skills to create documents such as Process Map, Data flows, User Manuals, Training guides etc.
• Must have experience of working directly with business functions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand the big picture and deliver results in a partnering and collaborative style.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible to work in different shifts, to support the different regions.
