Job Description

Engineering / Printing technologist, having Experience in Quality .for Min 4-7 Years in a reputed organization. Degree from A grade / B grade college. Having exposure to Production processes & / or  Quality aspects like 5S / Kaizen / Problem Solving / Lean / Six Sigma practices etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

                         i.         Customer Complaints Handling :

a.      Analyzing customer complaints ( LPM business ) .

b.      Close co-ordination with TS / Sales / IRC & ADKC for closure of the complaints.

c.      Drive Actions to bring CPMO & R & A within the set targets , in AOP / A3 

d.      Identification of the key Quality improvement projects & working on same .

e.      Taking up the quality issues in MDI to have continued focus on same

                       ii.         Logging of the Raw Material Complaints ( Incoming )  in SCAR.

a.      Registration of the supplier complaints in SCAR

b.      Ensuring correctness of information & FT OK input

                      iii.         Closing the assigned complaints in SFDC ( LPM ) .

a.      Analysis , close Co-ordination with IRC,

b.      Providing CAPA ,

c.      Close Co-ordination with TS representatives.

                      iv.         Independently Leading Layered Process Audit ( LPA ) at plant level .

a.      Audit Planning / Execution

b.      Driving & Implementing the improvement areas identified through LPA within shop floor.

c.      Putting up MIS in place & timely escalation , if required.

                        v.         Maintaining RM specifications :

a.      Check for availability,

b.      If not available or any ambiguity taking up with NPD & logical closure

                      vi.         Support to Production : Review of the Hold Inventory – QC Hold ( WIP Laminate )

a.      Review on weekly basis

b.      Providing salvage plans for the NNN inventory

                            vii.            Participation in MDI

a.      Ensure update of the display / complaint communication

b.      Escalation of the issues & ensure closure

                           viii.            Participating in ELS activities

a.      MDI Participation

b.      Identify Kaizen ( Improvement opportunities ) & implementing those at workplace

c.      Conducting Root Cause Analysis

d.      Implementing lean practices in work areas ( e.g. 5S / Visual Display / Waste Elimination / Developing & maintaining SOPs / Training to operators etc)

                              ix.            Laboratory Management 

a.      Managing/ having exposure to  basic Aspects like :

                                                                 i.     Retain Sample Management

                                                                ii.     Training / Education

                                                              iii.     Inventory Management

                                                               iv.     Shift Schedules / Manpower allocation in labs

                                                                v.     Maintaining discipline in labs

                                                               vi.     Calibration

                                                             vii.     Maintenence
