Job Description

Responsible to provide end-user technical support and training on PC web-base applications.

-Onsite installation and training / training seminars on hardware/software and web solution for ICE customers;
-Software support or hardware repair call-out maintenance;
-Second level support for Nansha hotline, respond to customer enquires and resolve problems;
-Weekend and holiday support (Shift).

Qualifications

-At least 2 years experience on Web application technical support and user training;
-Good experience in NT Server 4.0, Lotus Notes Mail (Client/Server), and support in PC hardware/operating systems/office applications/LAN/Networking equipment;
-Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required.

-Good problem analyzing skill to identify improvement opportunity in ICE;
-Good teamwork and service idea to customers.
