Job Description

  • Provide on-site system and equipment installation and training, and subsequent support and maintenance services to our customers 
  • Associated substrate print testing, in-house machine testing and repair 
  • Provide web application and printing system demonstration as well as training seminar to customer 
  • Occasional traveling to China and other Asia countries for support is expected 
  • Coordination work with overseas field service team on the installation and technical support 
  • Support ad-hoc project from supervisor 
  • Generation and maintenance of automation engineering related documents in particular Design Specifications, Functional Specifications, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of assigned process control equipment and systems. 
  • Manage relationships with key vendors/factories, provide consultation for key customers to meet RBOs’ needs and improve compliance. Audit for security project report and checking. 
  • To provide sales support to the customer by facilitating the sales orders and conducting professional pre-sales visit/ quality customer services. 
  • Second level support for the formatting and sampling, work on the installation procedure (new and existing project).

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year on-site service experience (Fresh graduate with sound knowledge may also be considered) 
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written) preferred (Fair in verbal may also be considered) 
  • Computer literate is a must, software programming knowledge/ networking/"TCP/IP"/PC hardware is an advantage. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills with customer service focus 
  • Able to work independently; can handle multi-tasks concurrently; Positive attitude, proactive, self starter, action and results oriented 
  • Analytical, diagnostic mind-set and process problem resolution skills 
  • Solid background in mechanical design, structure analysis and manufacturing process. Skill with the 2D/3D mechanical design software. 
  • Programming Logic Controllers (PLC), Lean sigma, Operating Excellence is a plus 
  • Experienced desktop printer like Xerox, Zebra, HP, DataMax, Epson is a plus 
  • Fundamental knowledge of Barcode, PCL- Printer Command Language is a plus
