Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE - To provide customer support services on sales ordering and customer inquiries / complaints by achieving customer satisfaction and service targets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Responsible for order processing to ensure all purchase orders are being executed promptly and customer required delivery date / time are being met at all time.
  • Responsible for Delivery Order, Invoice, Credit Note issuance.
  • Response to customers’ inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be able to deliver quality information and excellent services to customers, ensure customer needs and requirements are met at all time.
  • Team work to complete work orders to production before end of days.
  • Liaise with finance on credit release for all purchase orders before executing the orders to production and warehouse, especially for customers on hold due to exceeding credit limit, with sales restriction, CIA and COD payment term.
  • Liaise with planning, production and warehouse to ensure delivery performance is met.
  • Prepare and submit relevant reports as required accordingly
  • Back up to other customer service during their absence.

Qualifications

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years related experience in manufacturing environment with similar function
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels
  • Excellent customer service skills
