We are looking for a IT Specialist for our manufacturing site in Soignies (B).

In this crucial position, you will:

● Provide support to users by identifying, investigating and resolving technical
issues for all software and computer systems supported by the company.
● Responsible for continuity of systems infrastructure to support business
applications
● Working in an office and manufacturing environment.

Your main missions:

Prepare and provide the necessary office equipment for all new hires and
maintain them or execute mass refresh
● Systems support & maintaining service levels
● Expert for the maintenance of systems infrastructure and recovery
methods for system running MS Windows, MSSQL, VMware, Cisco IOS (
LAN/WAN) , Firewall .
● Implements new technologies and systems infrastructure - Micro Project
Management.
● Performs systems upgrades for security, problem solving reasons among other

What we expect from you:

You have a higher professional education in Information Technology (bachelor degree)
● IT Governance methods
● A good technician with strong experience on Servers (Windows), LAN
(Cisco) and Telecom
● Relevant monitoring tools - BMC / Lansweeper
● Relevant operating system platforms
● Relevant software middleware, security
● Troubleshooting skills & methods
● Security awareness and skills
● Fundamental LAN, WAN & WIFI knowledge
● Telephony knowledge (Analog/Digital/VOIP or Cloud based)
● Application knowledge (Google, Office suite, Wonderware Archestra, Rockwell,
Siemens, ...)
● Very good knowledge in French and English (spoken and written)
● You are proactive and propose solutions
● You are accessible and service-minded,
