Job Description

  • Full management of assigned accounts (order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity,etc.)
  • Support all aspects of service to the customer (understand their needs, investigate complaints etc.)
  • Promote and proactively communicate innovative, new and changing products and services
  • Initiate and implement actions which improve customer service and responsiveness
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Operations on capacity planning and scheduling, proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives
  • Close collaboration with marketing, sales and the customer service network for assigned customers 

* In addition to the main CSR tasks described above, the successful candidate may also be assigned the account management or some smaller clients.

Qualifications

  • (University) Degree is welcome

  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in a sales/customer service function, ideally within the manufacturing, printing, or packaging industry

  • Fluency in Swedish (written & spoken) AND English (written & spoken).  Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish is a plus.
