Job Description

You will be responsible for direct Marketing and Sales Activities for Reflective Sheeting and other devices. You will report to Sales Manager, ASEAN - Reflective and will be based in Cikarang.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Maintain and develop existing Channel Partners. 
  • To Appoint New Channel Partners 
  • Talk and spec in with Government Departments.
  • Plan and Manage business portfolio according to an agreed Market development strategy.
  • Manage product and Service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
  • To achieve sales and Collection as per the given plan.
  • Plan and Implement Marketing and sales strategy for given Region
  • Forecasting of sales 
  • Monitor and report on Market and competitor and provide relevant reports and information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required preferably from Sales/ Marketing. 
  • 8 years+  of relevant experience in managing Distributors/ channels
  • Experience in dealing with converters is preferred.
  • Experience in dealing with Govt. is preferred.
  • Experience working in Infrastructure, Road Sector and Ancillary Industries , OEM Printer Manufacturer, Ink Manufacturer, Paint , Lighting & Electrical is a must
  • Strong business acumen – Ability to identify potential business opportunity and translate it into business
  • Ability to execute sales strategy to increase market share
  • Collaborate with other functions – Excellent team player
