  • Developing and executing distributor strategy - OGSM.
  • Accountability for driving business momentum to achieve sales and profitability target through Distributor channel.
  • Developing national distributor management framework.
  • Discover opportunity by installation new distribution network to boost business.
  • Define clear goal and metrics for each Regional distributor management .
  • Provide coach to Regional DM to excel the matrix management process and indirect customers.
  • Develop strategy to underpin the national overall channel strategy .
  • Driving alignment across organizational matrix and cross functions.
  • Proactively provide sales support to seize the growth opportunity among the competition.
  • Collaboration with PLT to define clear channel specific portfolio with collateral.
  • Build distributor partnership and providing support to upgrade their capability.
  • Building a strong team and talent cultivation process to fuel commercial team success

职位要求

  •  Bachelor degree and above
  • Over 10 years sales experience
  • Over 5 years' experience in distributor management and experience in driving distributor network upgrade and transformation is preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and motivated by achieving sales target
