ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

  • Leading a global RFID apparel quality team to drive end-to-end quality improvements to meet customer quality expectation for Avery Dennison Apparel Solution

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Establish strong Culture of Quality, quality assurance and customer centric focus for RFID apparel quality
  • Develop and implement a robust Quality Management System – operating model, processes, KPI and reports
  • Taking a lead to drive continuous end-to-end RFID apparel quality improvements.
  • Working closely with various site operations and quality teams to engage their ownership and SOP execution compliance.
  • Analyzing RFID apparel quality performance trend and working out quality improvement plans to achieve quality metric targets.
  • Handling RFID customer complaint cases with global functions and site operation to identify root cause and driving follow-up corrective actions and preventive plans with responsible parties
  • Performing on-site global RFID quality audits
  • Governance of RFID Quality SOP, process and quality compliance
  • Ensure consistency and objective measurement across internal and external audit
  • Deliver regular analysis report for all quality metrics
  • Communicate the updated quality requirements, inspection policies and procedures to factories
  • Provide expertise at development & deployment stages with strong sense of quality ownership ensure bulk quality can be delivered

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Variable data management process knowledge preferable
  • With the sense of urgency & able to prioritize and complete the assigned task in tight schedule
  • Professional presentation skill to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent Communication skills to lead a discussion in conference meeting or workshop
  • Strong problem solving, negotiation, planning and organizational skills
  • Experienced in working with factories in Asia Pacific region and aware of the culture differences and the way they operate
  • Understanding of applicable computer systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint )
  • Regular traveling in worldwide required
