The Sustainability & Compliance Marketing Communications Coordinator will work closely with the Sustainability Project Manager & Product Regulatory Compliance Engineers and Marketing Communications department to increase the visibility of Avery Dennison's efforts to create a sustainable future, as well as showcase our complete compliant services for the next six months. 

This position reports to the Sustainability & Compliance Director.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance the position of Avery Dennison as the sustainability & compliance expert in the industry

• Provide consultation and communications programs on sustainability & compliance to key business stakeholders and leadership teams

• Partner with divisional stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor and evaluate sustainability & compliance communications campaigns using

• Communication tasks

  • Support marketing teams with sustainable & compliance, products & services launch plans

  • Strategic responsibilities for developing short- and long-term communication objectives such as the selection of appropriate media vehicles

  • Develop and design training material and build training modules, for sales (internal), End users and Customers (external)

  • Support, coordinate and /or organize conferences, exhibitions, customer councils

  • Responsible for media engagement, media relationships, syndication strategies for example by White Paper writing and publishing

  • Contact point for sustainability requirements of customers and end-users

    • Demonstrate a sound understanding of customer requirements and endeavor to find solutions to meet their needs

• 1-3 years of working experience in commercial coordination role in a multinational, exposure to sustainability project is preferred.
• You possess solid communication skills to provide clear direction to facilitate concept and executions developments, both visually and verbally, to individuals and cross functional teams at all levels of the company
• Knowledge of sustainability is an advantage – interest in sustainability a must
• Digital experience a must
• Good editing and proofreading skills
• Good presentation skills and persuasiveness
• Experience in overseeing the completion of projects including planning; assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work
