Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will execute the Learning and Organizational Development Strategy for the Asia Pacific Region. You will be responsible for the successful design and implementation of programs and experiences to support and accelerate the development of talent within the business, as well as leading and supporting strategic learning initiatives at a global level.You will report to Director Learning & Organizational Development, Asia Pacific and can be based in Thailand/ Malaysia.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Design, develop and deliver learning solutions utilizing a variety of media to meet specific development needs that will have the greatest impact on the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with business and HR leaders to understand the business opportunities and identify development needs
  • Drive and manage the rollout of leadership programs in Asia Pacific countries
  • Develop metrics and evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness
  • Act as a regional coordinator to manage all  learning administrations of our key global leadership programs
  • Advice and monitor the certification of internal trainers and coaches in the Asia Pacific region
  • Participate in Organization Development project and offer learning and development advice and support
  • Vendor relations and vendor management (contracts, identification of external programs to meet targeted needs not internally supported, processing of invoices, etc.)
  • Manage the Learning Management System and other internal learning tools/ platforms for the region.
  • Conduct assessments and related coaching of employees at all levels
  • Project management and influence skills will be key, as will be presence/facilitation skills

Qualifications

  • Degree/Master’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related discipline required
  • 6  years’ relevant experience in Training/learning and Development/Organization Development
  • Good knowledge of the full training cycle and some exposure in Organization Development is required..
  • Previous experience gained in MNCs with a matrix structure and/or in a regional role will be highly advantageous
  • Desire to learn, strong customer-orientation, adaptability to change and fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis
