Job Description


-采购订单的处理,例如下订单,回复货期,以及跟进准备报表等.
-核对订单的单价及相关的内容,跟进货期,送货资料的提交及货款的申请.
-根据客户的标准及公司的流程来处理客人及生产部门的投诉.
-对相关采购流程提出改善措施并实施跟进
-完成上司安排的其它工作。

 -Handle purchasing orders, e.g. releasing PO to supplier,  following up the PO ready date and prepare report etc.
-Check up the PO price and related PO information, submit the shipment documents and apply for payment.
-Handle with complaints both from customer and production dept according to the customer's standard and compnay procedures.
-Propose Purchasing Process Improvement and follow up closely
-Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisor.
 

Qualifications

-大专或以上学历
-1年以上相关工作经验
-良好的沟通能力
与分析能力
-有较强的英文书面沟通能力
-熟练运用办公软件
