Job Description

Building sustainable recycling opportunities: The Avery Dennison 2025 sustainability goals are the driver for our projects to continuously improve our footprint. In this project you, as an intern, will support our recycling program. In Europe, Avery Dennison offers the possibility to recycle waste streams at customers and end-users. This program can be extended by new recycling opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities

We look for an entrepreneurial intern who is interested in setting up new recycling streams for our international business.

Main responsibilities:

  • Analyzing the sustainability product portfolios

  • Creative solutions for the new sustainable products and services are expected to be generated during the process

  • She/he should be responsible or organizing the communication with customers, end users, logistic companies and recyclers, organizing all the transport information
     

 

 

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are following a Bachelor degree (3-4 year) or Master in logistics and sustainability with an IT background.

 

We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated and creative thinkers. Also we expect you to have:

  • Able to effectively manage many priorities and issues

  • Strong entrepreneurial skills, very dedicated to deliver new solutions

  • Strong communication skills

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken), other language would be a plus

The preferred start date is negotiable, we aim for a start on the 1st of July 2019 and the ideal candidate is available for 4-5 days a week and for 6 months.
