Job Description

  • Responsible for increasing revenue by achieving sales objectives. Also, responsible for collections from the designated customers.
  • Responsible for developing new customers.
  • Account Management.
  • Prospecting opportunities and manage key initiatives to exceed AOP.
  • Understanding market and competitive landscape.
  • Monthly review the account scorecard.
  • Managing factory to ensure the branding solution implementation meeting customer’s needs.
  • Provide factory feedback to internal team via visit recap. Partnering with internal teams to resolve any customer matters. 
  • Opportunities Identification and management. Build factory profile accurately.
  • Be the main contact window for assigned factory and provide support on daily account issue.
  • Ensue existing market share and develop new/more business from existing customers.
  • Visiting customers in order to resolve any matters with them pertaining to their orders and update them on changes and trends in the industry. 
  • Note customer complaints and take action to resolve them. 
  • Follow up on new programmers/product Development.

Qualifications

This position requires a detailed understanding of the technology, strategies, activities, status and goals of the company. The candidate should have:

  • Experience in multinational / reputed local companies. Experience of hardcore sales is important.
  • 4-8  years of experience in Sales especially in sales of B to B.
  • Strong Market Sector awareness including area & industry.
  • Leadership abilities: People and goal oriented, able to work under pressure and independently, dynamic and team player.  Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Graduate in any discipline or MBA with major in Mktg. & Sales from reputed university
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, internally and externally, with both business and technical contacts at all levels.  
  • Communication Skill in English, Hindi/Local Language.
  • PC Literacy and working knowledge of MS Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
