Job Description

What we can offer you! - Your Role: 

For our Polish Customer Service team we are hiring a fresh mind. This is very meaningful supporting role in a very fast growing business and within a high performing team as Customer Service Specialist / Specjalista ds. Obsługi Klienta (one-year contract with option to be extended)

As Customer Service Specialist you will further develop current and future business with our customers mainly in Poland and potentially in Eastern Europe as well. As well you realize and develop new business relationships with current customers, improve added customer value by demonstrating our capabilities and building stronger customer intimacy. 

You will be based to our site in Brwinów (Warsaw area) and you will report directly to our Customer Service Coordinator

Activities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Setting high standards in servicing our Polish customers
  • Servicing orders and telephones accurately and in timely manner
  • Build strong professional relationship with customers
  • Daily contact and internal management of a designated group of customers
  • Liaising with internal customers
  • Working with sales representatives and supply chain team to achieve sales goals
  • Maintain company high organizational standards

Qualifications

What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

  • (University) Degree is welcome
  • Previous work experience of 2+ years from a call center / internal sales function ideally within manufacturing/printing/packaging industry
  • Fluency in Polish, and English is your big advantage
  • Creativity and innovation, entrepreneurial spirit for growing the business
  • Strong interest and drive to identify/build and meet customer needs plus cultural empathy and team-player attitude to operate in complex multinational organization
  • Perform well at any situation and be able to handle a number of key tasks at a time
  • High degree of accuracy, good time-management and priority setting skills are important
  • Energetic, dedicated and enthusiastic work approach combined with good self management (without constant direct supervision) to meet deadlines and to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Strong cultural empathy and team-player, relationship-building attitude to operate in complex multinational organization
