About Your Role:

• Assist QA department on quality related activities (customer complaints and outgoing).

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Handle customer complaints by conducting investigation and providing feedback to the requester within the specified time and feedback to respective team for corrective actions
• Work and monitor closely with production, sales and customers on preventing and resolving quality issues
• Attend customer’s meeting and visit customer whenever necessary
• Lead and supervise lab assistant to carry out routine product testing and additional test required
• Prepare and submit relevant reports accordingly
• Lead and participate in ELS & EHS activities

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• At least 2 years experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in customer complaint handling preferred.
• Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
