Responsibilities:

●      Own, lead and develop the customer service team serving all global and local customers

●      Develop world-class customers service team with a customer-centric mindset and appropriate service matrix to drive service excellence (e.g. order fulfillment, inquiry response time and quality of issue resolution)

●      Build and manage order fulfillment processes from receiving enquires, accepting orders to product delivery

●      Working with the business development team seamlessly in determining solutions to acquire new business

●      Work closely with product management team to maintain an expert understanding of our existing products and be able to introduce new products for customer

●      Regular customers visit to strengthen the relationship, understand market trends, and discuss the business opportunity and opportunity for improved services

●      Reach out to gather market intelligence to stay close to the market including the competitive landscape on products, business opportunity, and pricing

●      Develop and manage related data, information, and analytics for standard reporting, scorecard, and matrix for ongoing management reporting and data-driven decision-making baseline

职位要求

Requirements:

●      Bachelor’s degree in business and/or related degrees, MBA preferred

●      10 year and above of relevant experience in Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Services

●      Previous experience in the Automotive manufacturing industry with knowledge of ISO9000, TS16949 is highly preferred

●      Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and stay effective under pressure with tight timelines

●      Ability to develop strategy and drive execution, strong collaboration mindset in a cross-functional organization

●      Proven people leadership experience to lead multiple teams with 20 people and above.

●      Strong customer-centric with excellence problem-solving mindset

●      Native in Mandarin with good command in both spoken and written English

●      Strong communication ability who is able to connect and communicate with all levels

●      Ability to have regular domestic travels
