Overview:

Reporting to the Process Improvement Director, the Enterprise Lean Sigma (ELS) Engineer will be responsible for the implementation of ELS concepts, tools, methodologies, projects and the development of a culture that process improvement and optimization mindsets are fully utilized within the Yongle business across functions.  He/she will work with business leaders with support from the IHM ELS experts to drive ELS projects and activities that improve business results and increase the overall organizational capabilities via ELS implementations.

 

 

Responsibilities:

●      Develop a plan to implement the Enterprise Lean Sigma philosophy, methodologies, tools and concepts through trainings, knowledge transfer session and other means to drive process improvement culture

●      Be part of the core ELS team to lead and train the use of the Value Stream Management process, 5S, Visual Controls, Kanban, MDI and other tools

●      Form ELS taskforce and project teams to identify improvement opportunities

●      Drive and develop an overall ELS training plan and identify internal trainers that lead to formal certifications

●      Facilitate and implement Kaizen, Value Stream mapping process for all functions

●      Work closely with teams across functions to identify opportunities in areas that encourage cross functional collaborations

●      Develop and maintain regular connection with AD ELS team to share best practices and resources

●      Provide regular report and develop tracking metrics for progress monitoring and management review

职位要求

Requirements:

●      Bachelor’s degree in business and/or related degrees

●      Possess formal training and certification in Lean, Six Sigma and/or other process improvement tools

●      7 years and above of relevant experience in process improvement capacity

●      Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills who is able to motivate and influence people across levels

●      Dedicated, self-motivated with strong believe and passion in ELS

●      Strong sense of responsibility, can line up team members and effective under pressure with tight timelines

●      Be a change agent – be comfortable and tactfully challenge the status quo and help people to make changes

●      Native in Mandarin with good command in written English
