Job Description
Main Purpose of the Role
The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering user requirements, analysis, translate into IT solution to fulfill business needs. Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Gather user requirements and provide analysis
Should be willing to co-ordinate and work with global teams spread across multiple locations during non working hours if needed.
Conduct solution feasibility study
Translate requirements into IT solution to serve business process
Coordinate with internal colleagues in solution design and problem solving
Document user requirements and provide specification documents
Provide ongoing technical assistance, training and operation support
Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
Should be able to monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
Liaise between the global business community and the developer community
Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
Need to be strong in written and oral communication.

Qualifications
Experience and Personal Profile
University graduated in IT Discipline or equivalent;
Minimum 4 years experience in the role of Business Analyst or equivalent;
Minimum 1 years programming experience preferred in Javascript and SQL
Experience in printing / manufacturing is highly desired
Create workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
Experience working on Agile methodology(Kanban or Scrum)
Experience in EDI850 is preferred;
Experience working with RPA is definitely a plus
Excellent in MS Office / Google Docs and Strong in reporting skill;
Good command of English (spoken and written), Relationship Building is key;
Problem solver with strong analytical skills, Good sense of urgency.
Basic understanding of project management duties is a plus;
Responsible, hardworking & Details-oriented; self-motivated and strong teamwork spirit;
Ability to work under pressure, manage large workloads and deal with challenges in a professional and calm manner;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Able to carry out tasks with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
