• Manage, prepare & report global supply chain & operations related scorecard and metrics
  • Regular report (Service, Productivity, EHS) performance under Global, Regional & even sites level specific metrics
  • Manage performance, help to identify reason of unusual status, drive metrics owner follow up solutions & schedule
  • Involved in yearly performance target (AOP) setting & regular review, drive target alignment over Global, Regional & Site level
• Responsible for analyses supply chain scenarios in order to determine the most effective and efficient options e.g. Service performance, productivity, saving…
• Prepare and produce presentation materials for supply chain & Operations update to Senior Management team
• Manage & maintain update records of Global Capability & Capacity records. (Including production machine, site details information…)
• Conduct best practices sharing and monitor the implementation in all responsible sites 
• Develop sustainable supply chain model/solution which best fits our business
• Ad-hoc task or projects participation by request including IT system related ,performance metrics database or reports

• At least 2-3 years experiences in Supply Chain related experience, ideally in garment/garment accessories industry handling KPIs, Metrics related tasks
• Have enthusiasm & passion to further develop career in Operations & Supply Chain related field (e.g. Planning, Project management role)
• Able to work in a global environment with many different cultures and are interested & good with numerical sense
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, plus follow-through and multitasking abilities
• Able to work independently and as a player in a team
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal relations skills required
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc (Google applications a plus)
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma or other project management certification a plus
