Reporting to the Director of Finance & Administration, the Accounts/ Payroll Assistant will be responsible for payroll and supplier payment runs.

Key Responsibilities

• Run weekly and monthly Payroll and associated reports 
• Maintain the Time and Attendance system
• Preparation and execution of monthly supplier payments run
• Reception Duties- answering phone, scheduling meetings, managing office supplies
• Assisting the Accounts team at month end
• Support IT requirements for new employees
• Other duties as assigned

• 3 year experience in a similar role
• Experience with payroll system is essential - experience with SAGE Micro Pay a distinct advantage
• IPASS (or equivalent) and /IATI/ Diploma in Accountancy
• Experience with accounting package essential
• Good working knowledge of Excel and MS Office knowledge
• Experience with ROS services
• Excellent numerical skills and attention  to detail
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly enthusiastic and able to work on own initiative
