Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE: 
(Overall purpose of the role, including the main business objectives and responsibilities)
Achieves high levels of success in major account sales, penetration, and long-term growth through effective solution selling. Continually analyzes, identifies, and pursues opportunities to grow sales and increase the range of products customers purchase. Drives and coordinates program development with internal functions to meet customer’s requirements and achieve profitable sales growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
:
- Execute selling activities within a geographic territory (Mainly focus on South India)
- Execute selling activities for entire product portfolio towards assigned major customer accounts
- Identify and generate sales prospects and be accountable for developing relationships with these
prospects-Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information
on demand.
-Uncover and assess customer needs and develop and execute Value Proposition.
-Demonstrate products and/or services and provide assistance in the best application of product and/or
services.
-Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions (e.g., current customers, potential customers,
competitors) in assigned territory, and develop a strategy to achieve revenue goals.
-Conduct territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and
customers.
-Responsible for securing and maintaining distribution of products and/or services and maintaining
effective agreements.
-Use account management skills to plan and execute customer marketing/growth programs for
customers.
-Creatively develop new applications for product lines.
- Complete customer call reports, pipeline reports, sales forecast reports in a timely and accurate manner-
Ensure order fulfillment
- Communicate and handle issues / complaint
- Supports and participate trade shows or promotional campaign - Report and communicate market trend
and customer needs
- Report and communicate competitor intelligence

Other Responsibilities:
-Provide rolling 3 to 6 month forecast to manager.
-Provides weekly daily /activity report and pipeline activities to manager.
-Interacts ethically, professionally, and respectfully across all levels of organization externally (in customer
locations) and internally (both local and across the region).  
-Works effectively under remote supervision and direction.

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
(Include educational, work experience, geographic, industry, functional experience, desired competencies as well as language/systems/other skill requirements.)

-Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or related field (Garment & Toys industries), or
equivalent job related experience.
-Previous outside technical-sales or project-sales experience, above 5 years required.
-Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills.
-Strong problem-solving skills.
-Willing to travel.
-Ability to handle aggressive targets and customer pressure.
-Conversant in English and local language Hindi or Kannada etc.
-Good command of prospecting / sales negotiation / presentation and communication skill.
-Energetic, aggressive, initiative and able to work under pressure.
