Descrizione del lavoro
· Ensures that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards.
· Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and/or electro-mechanical systems.
· Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Recommends corrective actions, dispositions and modifications.
· Develop and implement program quality plans, programs, and procedures using statistical quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and ELS tools and analyses. Lead and/or participate in quality process improvement projects.
· Ensures that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards.
· Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems.
· Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met.
· Oversee the document control system by processing document change requests and working with division to develop new documents.
· Create, review, and approves changes to the quality system process to devise best practices and reduce process variation.
· Consult with quality managers on best practices.
· Develop and update quality and ISO9001-2015 system training programs and train all levels of employees on these systems.
· Provide on- and off-site quality system consultation to all division locations.
· Audit and test the quality system to ensure sustainability of processes and compliance with Company and legal requirements (i.e.: ISO9001).
· Report on quality system metrics and present to site and division leadership and audit team.
Qualifiche
Laurea required (preferred in Scientific field )
Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel and Google Drive/Suite; have good IT skills. (mandatory)
English fluent (mandatory)
Experience in Quality System Management plus than 2 years (preferred)
Experience in Manufacturing environment plus than 2 years (preferred)
Lean manufacturing knowledge (preferred)
