Create POs in our ERP System Oracle.

Expedite orders by suppliers to meet production. Supervise preparation of orders and follow-up to expedite delivery and shipment.

Develop and maintain necessary records and files for efficient operation.

Constantly assess systems for improvement opportunities.

Provide guidance to maintain communications between purchasing, engineering and manufacturing regarding inventory levels.

Review plant demand and resource availability.

Ensure materials availability for production schedule.

Assess and work to improve inventory accuracy.

Improve communication and materials flow with supply chain partners.

Execute procurement sourcing strategies in-line with overall division and/or corporate objectives.

Laurea required (preferred in Economical or Technical fields)

Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel and Google Drive/Suite; have good IT skills.

Oracle knowledge is an advantage

English fluent

Experience in Purchasing function plus than 2 years

Strong negotiation skills
