Job Description

 Responsible to business development aspect of factory solutions  for North Asia region with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation.  The role will balance project leadership and customer management to grow our sales funnel.


 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
•    Explore business opportunities and turn them into revenues;
•     Provide broad support to sales teams of the sales process, i.e. opportunity qualification, relationship building, due diligence and requirements gathering, demonstration, RFPs and deal closure;
•    Resolves all technical issues arising during the sales engagement;
•    Work with project streams in developing factory  solutions and ensuring successful project delivery;
•    Stay close to market and understand key competitors/alternatives.
 
 

Qualifications

•    University degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering with 5 to 8 years of solid experience including minimum 3 years in sales & marketing
•    Solid expreience on sales / pre-sales especially in garment manufactoring industry is advantageous
•    Excellent client engagement, communication and presentation skills
•    Ability to sell business solutions and ideas to executive level customer and end-user.
•    Ability to sell technical solutions and ideas to technical customer.
•    Strong selling, consulting and negotiation skills 
•    Details-oriented, customer-focused, self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines 
•    Willing to travel upon request
•    Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
•    Candidate with less experience will be considered for the role of Factory Solutions Specialist.
