Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

Responsible for overall site Operations performance in financial, quality, service, safety, employee relations and inventory.

You will report to DC Network Manager. He is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

You will be based in Bac Ninh DC

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • To be responsible for all logistics activities such as order flow review and upgrade, shipment arrangement, warehouse management and materials control. 
  • To manage a team of operators to carry out the day-to-day operations and problem shooting in the production and warehouse areas.
  • To improve the productivity of Distribution Centre by on-going development of systems.
  • To lead a team of people to provide quality after-sales services in order to meet the customers’ needs.
  • To improve the productivity of Distribution Centre by on-going development of systems.
  • Ensure all working standards and practices regarding safety, production and quality are respected.
  • Ensure daily operation obey internal EHS requirement, continue to reduce safety risk to ensure no RI happen.
  • Liaise with local Sales and Marketing teams to troubleshoot Finish Product run ability at customer’s facility, also explore improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure the standard daily targets are met : quality, manpower efficiency, machine efficiency
  • delivery result.

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

  • University degree is required, major in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred
  • At least 3 years' work experience as production supervisor or production manager in multinational company
  • Good knowledge and experience on lean production and 6 sigma
  • A good team player, with excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English
  • Good computer skills
  • Individuals that are able to showcase scalability. Or rather, capability to cope and perform under increased or expanding responsibilities
