Job Description

Responsible for all Day to day activities of data management, MIS activities and other department related activities but not limited to the following

  1. Manage department output in coordination with the supervisors and other stakeholders.

  2. Manage OSP partners in their deliveries by ensuring quality at first go.

  3. Ensure all data pertaining to department is updated and shared with the relevant stakeholders.

  4. Preparation of documents and Reports on regular frequency

  5. Inter Dept interactions for managing day to day activities

  6. Coordination with external parties like Courier and Customers, as and when required.

  7. Monitor the floor employees to ensure all work is completed

  8. Ensure discipline at workplace.

  9. Ensuring the organizational targets is achieved.

  10. Data accuracy and reliability of the work done.

  11. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup  operations.

  12. Comply with data integrity and security policies

  13. Participate in 5S activities, housekeeping, and recycling programs.

  14. Any other work assigned to you time to time by your manager.



Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, internally and externally.

To act bridge between internal Ops team, supply chain team & Printing Partners.

Good command over Excel, Word.

Skilled in scheduling and planning, monitoring and control.

Analytical and information driven for daily operational needs and process improvement.

Demonstrated ability to accept, lead and create change.

High level of ethics and integrity. Cultural and organizational sensitivity.

Action oriented, team player and proactive.

PUC / Graduate ( in any stream ) with minimum 2+ years of experience, preferably in Apparel / Retail / Manufacturing industry. Proven data entry work experience, as a data entry operator. Additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
