Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This person will be the first point of contact for HR transactional related responsibilities which include but are not limited to the following;
Payroll: Work on the payroll inputs like attendance, incentives, deductions etc.
HR MIS: Headcount, attrition, finance reports, weekly headcount reports, direct labor working hours,
HR Analytics & Presentations: Analysis (Basic to Medium level of complexity) on HR Operations requirements as well as presentations to be made.
Establishment Matters : Appointment letters, New Joinees formalities, Confirmation, Shared services transactional services,ER policy management, exit administration, Time and Attendance system administration.
Improvement Projects: Will be actively involved in Improvement projects for the HR Function and would require to deliver the results as per the set expectations.
On-boarding: Manage On-boarding for all new joiners.
Employee Relations: Develop & Execution of the Employee engagement calendar.
Qualifications
What we will be looking for in you:
MBA with more than 4- 5 years work experience as a HR Generalist
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, internally and externally. Communication & Presentation skills.
PC Literacy and working knowledge of MS Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to accept, lead and create change
Action oriented and proactive
Analytical, organized and decisive, Problem solving and decision making
Cultural and organizational sensitivity
Able to work in Matrix environment.
