The successful candidate will form part of an established Quality team. Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Entry of data/ information onto the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Co-ordinate changes to/creation of documents in the document control process.
• Distribution of controlled documentation.
• Maintain the document archiving system.
• Administrative activities including the review and filing of paperwork.

• Education: Diploma/ certificate level minimum.
• Experience with an ERP system a distinct advantage
• Experience within a similar manufacturing organization would be an advantage.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong written and oral skills.
• Capable of working in a fast paced environment.
