Job Description

1.  Compensation & Benefits

- All kinds of Employee’s Payroll including incentive, year-end tax settlement, 

  expatriates salary through outsourcing company

- Employee’s Benefits such as Statutory Insurances, Pension etc.

- Annual Market Survey working with regional Total Rewards Team

Merit Increase process handling

- Rewards and Recognition

 

2.  HR Operations

- Recruiting process (placing recruitment ad to job portals or agencies, arranging interviews) and 

  cost handling for contractors

-Coordination on employee’s training program (updating and maintaining the training records, 

  providing logistics support to all HR training activities)

- HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management

- HR Reporting such as headcount, overtime etc.


3.  Employee Relations & Others

Respond HR related questions raised by employee in a timely and appropriate way

- Dedicate and/or lead to HR team activities 

  (HR Communication, Training, Labor Committee, Diversity   meeting, Social community)

- HR Policy & document management

- HR team general administration

Qualifications

- University Degree

- 4~6 year experiences in Payroll and general HR

- Good command in English

- Knowledgeable on employment laws, HR procedures and practices

- Skilled in multitasking, communicating effectively with all levels of employees and Management

- Accountability, Data & figure accuracy, High standards of ethics and integrity

  Interpersonal skills, Working experience in Manufacturing company is plus
