Job Description

1. to receive orders from customer

2. to enter received orders into the order management systems accurate and timely

3. To proceed orders by customers

: check items, offer price and register of new customers

4. to manage customers s/ counter partners with good manner

5. to receive inquiries for new items from customers and request development to relevant team (GPD or Production team)

Qualifications

1. BA or equivalent required

2. 1~2 years experiences in CS or relevant field 

3. Good communication skill and good service mind

4. Good data management

5. English abilities (email, phone calls and etc)

6. MS office
