You will support responsible for IPQC (In-Process Quality Control).You will report to QA Manager.You will be based in Bangi.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Responsible for IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) and IPQC Audit
• Responsible for Quality Monitoring using QIS (Quality Inspection System) and SPC (Statistical Process Control) – Minitab.
• Responsible for BOM Creation Process (Bill of Materials)
• Improve product consistency.
• Provide project management and technical leadership.
• Communicate and work with all levels of the organization. Manage a large multi-function program or a set of projects.
• Interact with colleagues suppliers and customers.
• Train and provide development opportunities for staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in IPQC (In-Process Quality Control).

• Experience in using QIS (Quality Inspection System) and SPC (Statistical Process Control) – Minitab and BOM (Bill of Materials) is required.

• Experience working in Labels/Adhesives/ Ink/Printing/Chemicals/Packaging/Paints Industry is required.
• Individuals those are able to showcase scalability. Or rather, capability to cope and perform under increased or expanding responsibilities.
