Job Description

For our Polish Customer Service team we are hiring a fresh mind for this very challenging supporting role in a very fast growing business and within a high performing team as Customer Service Specialist / Specjalista ds. Obsługi Klienta 

What we can offer you! Your Role: 

As Customer Service Specialist you will further develop current and future business with our customers in Eastern Europe. As well you realize and develop new business relationships with current customer, maximize added value to customer leveraging our capabilities and building stronger customer intimacy. 

Activities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Setting high standards in servicing Polish and Eastern European customers;
  • Servicing orders and telephones accurately and in timely manner;
  • Build strong professional relationship with customers;
  • Daily contact and internal management of a designated group of customers;
  • Liaising with internal customers;
  • Working with sales representatives and supply chain team to achieve sales goals;
  • Maintain company high organizational standards.

Qualifications

What we expect from you! Your Expertise:

  • Previous work experience of minimum 2 years from a call center / internal sales function within manufacturing industry is essential;
  • Fluent Polish, English and Russian languages as must;
  • University degree is preferred;
  • Computer skills and experience in work in the ERP systems environment;
  • Perform well under pressure and be able to manage a number of key tasks simultaneously;
  • High degree of accuracy, good time-management and priority setting skills are important.
