You will join the EARLY CAREER PROGRAM (ECP). You will undergo a 2-year development programme in a cross-functional environment. You will be rotated on various job assignments for exposure and learning.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

● Follow up day-to-day improvement operation

● Productivity, Quality, Machines and process capability improvement

● Collect the data record and analysis for all manufacturing process

● Coordination with supporting group to support production manufacturing

● Provide process specification / Monitor process parameter for each machine

● Analysts and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problem.

● Follow all company policies e.g. Value and Ethics, Quality, EH&S, 5Ss

● Freshers

● Degree in Industrial / Chemical.

● First Class or Higher Second Class grades

● Willing to work in Pluak-Daeong , Rayong
