Job Description

The QA Engineer challenges in a few words:

The QA Engineer will control quality of product by inspecting, collecting technical information, making work instruction, checklist for inspection, measurement, assure product meet requirement. Record inspection results, summary and analyze data.

Essential Duties

  • Be assigned to project, create “Quality control plan” and checklist for project.
  • Collect & get all technical information: DFM, BOM, drawing, assembly SOP, customer’s requirement/specification.
  • Inspect and record result to checksheet, form.
  • Summary, analysis & report for inspection & testing results.
  • Make work instruction (WI), guide how to use measuring equipment.
  • Make non-conforming report, give solution & inform to relative department.
  • Keep in-process inspection data & all non-conforming (issue) into the tracking file/log
  • Update the list of documents and internal records (measurement result).
  • Review/update the special requirements in the drawings of materials, assembly kit to checklist.
  • Use measuring equipment and other related inspection tool/equipment.
  • Other assignment as assign from QA Leader/Manager.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate in a few words 

  1. Education
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronic, Mechanical
  • English 4 skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
  1. Experience 
  • Over 03 years of work experience at position of Production Engineer/ QA/QC of MNC Manufacturing that produce mechanical part, machinery or relate field.
  1. Knowledge & Skills
  • Read & understand mechanical drawing, component function.
  • Ability to use MS office, mechanical engineering/design software (AutoCAD, SolidWork)
  • Have knowledge, ability using measurement equipment/tool
  • Have knowledge about ISO9001, and quality tools.
  • Good communication, problem solving & teamwork.
