Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking smart and ambitious MBA graduates to join us as Project Management Interns. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client interactions and project management while working with a dynamic team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the efficiency and success of the project team.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and take initiative in problem-solving.               

Qualifications

Qualification and required work experience

  • Education:  Pursuing or recently completed an MBA (preferably with a specialization in Project Management, Operations, or related fields).
  • Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
  • High agility and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and a keen interest in project management and client engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
