Job Description

HR & Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a competent HR & Recruitment Specialist in finding the best people to staff our business & help us with other processes in HR Department. Creating recruiting strategies and building relationships are very important duties on this position.

Reporting: HR & Recruitment Specialist will report to the HR Business Partner and be responsible for the recruitment for the European entities.


Your contribution in this role:

Responsibilities:

  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Working closely with managers
  • Build relationships with candidates
  • Taking care of the on-boarding plan for the new employee
  • Updating changes to employee records in HR database, data entry
  • Maintaining organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
  • Keeping abreast of and complying with changes in employment law
  • Hands-on experience working with databases and HR systems
  • Supporting the HR Business Partner in daily duties.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Education: min. Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology or related field
  • Experience: min. 2 years in HR – is a must
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation
  • Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
  • Outstanding communication ability
  • Well-organized
  • Strong ownership of responsibilities and are highly organized & flexible
  • English - min B2.
