Job Description

As an Account Manager in our West Coast region, you will be on the front lines, representing Averna to the world’s most admired and demanding technology companies. You will also play a critical role in helping ambitious West Coast start-ups in reaching their objectives with Averna-based solutions in engineering and manufacturing. 

Your focus will be to apply Averna’s locally and globally distributed expertise to solve mission-critical problems in partnership with our diverse set of existing and prospective Clients, serving a wide net of industries ranging from Consumer Electronics to Medical Devices.

Your responsibilities will include:

•Taking ownership of one existing named account

•Qualifying and building new accounts ground-up by aligning Averna’s core expertise to prospective Client’s current and near-term needs

• Forecasting

• Managing a sales pipeline (Salesforce)

• Consulting with Client technical and business stakeholders to address our Client’s test and quality priorities

• Applying Averna’s vast solution portfolio to solve our Client’s challenges

• Working internationally with multiple time zones

• Working closely with Averna Pre-Sales and Execution teams to position Averna to meet targets

 

Your Key Performance Objectives will include:

• Meeting your annual and quarterly targets

• Business forecast accuracy

• Generating new demand for Averna solutions

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements for our ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B technology solution selling

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ninja-level prioritization skills

 

Preferred Requirements for our next Teammate:

• Professional work history in engineering (System, Electrical, Mechanical, Software)

• Experience in quick-react, fast-paced sales cycles

• Experience selling to blue-chip technology companies

• Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement

Expected Compensation

100,000 to 160,000 including variable compensation
