Role: Technology Lead - Java / J2EE
Duration: Full time / Permanent
Location: Cary NC / Warwick RI


Qualifications Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Java J2EE technologies

Preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in J2EE application development, maintenance and testing.
• At least 4 years of experience working with Bizflow, Angular JS framework preferred.
• Domain knowledge of Insurance
• At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements and technical designs.
• Contribute to requirements elicitation, creation of application architecture document and creation of design artifacts; deliver high quality codes, support activities related to implementation and transition;
• Analyze and resolve issues to ensure high quality deliverables at each stage of SDLC
• Perform design and code reviews, independent testing, change management processes, implementation activities and post implementation support.
• Ability to contribute to estimations and scheduling the projects.
• Support client interfacing activities and create the relevant reports in a timely manner.
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Strong Analytical skills
• Experience working with offshore/onshore resources
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
