Role: Technical Consultant – Oracle HCM Cloud Integration
Duration: Full Time / Permanent
Location: Jacksonville, FL



Desired Skills & Experience

This position serves as a Technical Consultant for the implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud modules. Individuals should possess a strong foundation and expertise implementing and/or developing HR solutions via Oracle HCM Cloud SaaS.

Required
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT / Oracle

Preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 2 years of experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) / Cloud Modules implementation / integration
• At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process

Engagement Scope:
• Exposure to functional areas like Core HR, Absence Mgmt and Benefits
• Data Migration & Integration - HCM Extracts, HDL
• Developing Payroll Interface, OTBI Reporting & Fast Formulas
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture
• Previous experience of implementing Oracle HCM Cloud in R8/R9/R10 (1-2 years)
• Strong Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
